eSports Pirates launch Pirates e-League

The eSports Pirates team is delighted to announce the official launch of the FIFA18 Pirates e-League that will take place during the course of July.
The FIFA18 Tournament Online Qualifiers are scheduled to take place on the weekend of 14th & 15th July 2018 with 8 available spots to the Grand Finals.
Adidas TheBase in Johannesburg will host the live 128 player Last Chance Qualifier on Saturday, 21 July 2018. Only 8 players will qualify from the event for the Grand Finals to be held the following day.
The Grand Finals will be played on Sunday the 22nd of July, at Adidas TheBase in Paulshof, Johannesburg. These will include both the Online and Last Chance Live qualified players, as well as the 10 eSports Pirates contracted players. Six Wild cards will be also added to the Grand Finals roster.
All entrants will play for a total prize pool of R40 000 that is divided as follows:
- Pirates e-League Winner : R25 000 + a brand new LG G6 Smartphone
- Pirates e-League Runner-Up : R10 000
- Pirates e-League 3rd Place : R5 000
