September 27, saw the global launch of one of Electronic Arts' best selling titles FIFA20. To coincide with this release, the Orlando Pirates eSports has made an announcement of its own as they unveiled their new-look team that will compete in FIFA20 this season.

Pirates are welcoming to the team Cape Town based eBafana Bafana player @Pirates_Ryan, who represented South Africa at the FIFA eNations Cup a few months ago in Europe, and displayed great potential against some of the top Players in the World.

Our longest serving member, @Pirates_Abu moves from being a Player to a Player-Coach. He will be tasked with ensuring that this years' squad is firing on all cylinders.

@KingCJ0, who displayed some great performances in FUT last season, will be representing the Club in the United States, with the aim to qualify for an EA live Event for the Club, and raise the African flag high in North America.

@Pirates_Shuaib, @UnFaizdd, @8zaidy8, Pirates_Tebogo and Durban based @Pirates_nic retain their place in the squad, and will aim at challenging Goliath's dominance in the South African FIFA scene
