Football lovers know that the 2018/19 Premier Soccer League football season is about to kick-off when the Carling Black Label Champions Cup spectacular rolls into town.

Soweto Football giants Orlando Pirates and rivals Kaizer Chiefs, will again square off in the seventh iteration of what is yet again a sold out Carling Black Label Champions Cup clash at FNB Stadium on Saturday, 29 July 2017.

General Spectator Information

General spectator stand tickets were sold out two weeks prior to this highly-anticipated Soweto Derby.

However - all is not lost – there are still a limited number of hospitality packages and Stadium Management Lounge tickets available through all Computicket retail outlets or contact SMSA (0861 783 486/www.stadiummanagement.co.za) or SAIL Hospitality (082 805 3150/bookings@sail.co.za/www.sail.co.za).

Patrons not using public transport (the use of public transport is highly recommended) to travel to the venue are also encouraged to purchase parking tickets to official parking areas ranging between R40 for general parking areas to R 125 for premium parking areas and R330 for large busses, through the same channels.

Event day public transportation to and from the venue has also been made available through Metrorail, Top6 Taxis, KTK Shuttles and Rea Vaya.

Gates will open at 11:30 am. Strict traffic control measures including road closures will be in place from 7:00 am in the precinct. In order to avoid in-convenience, the general public (non-spectators) should avoid the Stadium precinct from 10:00 am until 19:00 pm on the day of the match.

Spectators are warned not to bring any prohibited and restricted items (see full list below), including, but not limited to, dangerous weapons, backpacks, large carry bags, cooler boxes, offensive banners, bottles, liquor and sharp pointed umbrellas to the venue.
