Condolences to Ngwenya Family

Orlando Pirates Football Club is saddened to learn of the passing away of Sphiwe Ngwenya.

Ngwenya, who was working at Mamelodi Sundowns as a scout at the time of his passing, cut his teeth at the Orlando Pirates Development Academy for 12 years under the tutelage of Augusto Palacios.

Ngwenya also briefly worked as Assistant Coach alongside Palacios in 2012.

On behalf of Orlando Pirates, we convey our heartfelt and deepest sympathy to Mamelodi Sundowns and the Ngwenya family and pledge our profound moral support.
