Midfielders Thabo Qalinge and Luvuyo Memela have been cleared to train with the rest of the squad.
The medical team has given ‘Section’ and ‘Amigo’ a clean bill of health to resume training on Wednesday.
Memela has been out of action since May after picking up a knee strain while Qalinge last saw action in July in a friendly match against Stellenbosch FC where he suffered an abductor strain.
Meanwhile, midfielder Musa Nyatama continues to train with the team however under the watchful eye of the medical team who are assessing a knock he has struggled to shake off. According to the medical staff, the reigning Pirates Player of the Season, is still experiencing some discomfort on his ankle and should continue treatment with the physiotherapists.
Another player struggling with a knock is Zambian international Augustine Mulenga who missed the match against Bloemfontein Celtic after his injury in the match against Wits. The 28-year old is currently being treated for a Grade-1 strain.
